Researchers with Oregon State University's Transboundary Freshwater Dispute Database have updated the Register of International River Basins of the World. This paper details the process for updating the delination of the 310 international river basins, which reflects changes in political boundaries and increases in data quality. It lists all the international river systems, their basin areas, their riparian states and their respective territorial percentages.
