Bringing together graduate students and their advisors from institutions across the Universities Partnership for Water Cooperation and Diplomacy, this panel will explore the role of international water agreements, multi-scalar peacebuilding, dams, and water politics in advancing hydrodiplomacy and cooperation around shared water resources. Confirmed panelists include Aaron Wolf and Alexandra Caplan from Oregon State University, Susanne Schmeier and Alyssa Offutt from IHE Delft, Christian Brethaut and Hannah Hilbert-Wolf from the University of Geneva, Melissa McCracken and Renata Bolotova from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and Olivia Sylvester and Clara Ramin from the University for Peace. The Panel will be chaired by Léna Salamé (University of Geneva and Chair of the Interest Group on Water at the Environmental Peacebuilding Association).
