Oregon State University researchers in collaboration with local actors developed a site specific workshop and skills building module for water resources management practitioners. One of the objectives of this module is to increase the knowledge and skills of stakeholders , actors and interested parties on negotiation skills that  that can  foster collaboration and win‐win outcomes when addressing the management of  water resources in Mekong River Basin.
